Warehouse Worker

About the position

As a day-shift warehouse employee, you are the linchpin of the warehouse. You ensure that goods are loaded, unloaded, and stored safely and efficiently. You drive the forklift and reach truck frequently and are responsible for moving and checking pallets and products. In doing so, you pay close attention to packaging, labeling, quantities, and product quality. Labeling products and taking samples are also part of your duties. Safety comes first in everything you do.

On an average working day, you start together with your colleagues between 07.00 and 16.00. You begin by unloading the first trucks and process incoming goods according to the purchase orders. Throughout the day, you ensure that everything is placed in the right location in the warehouse and check the inventory. You work both inside the warehouse and outside on the premises. You always keep an eye on the safety regulations and the use of personal protective equipment.

What we ask

• Valid forklift and reach truck certificate
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• VMBO, HAVO or MBO level of working and thinking
• Experience safely and efficiently operating a forklift and reach truck
• Ability to work independently and accurately
• Good communication skills
• Stress-resistant and able to solve problems
• Willing to work both indoors and outdoors
• Available for a full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, day shift)
