Sustainability Working Student

As a working student in energy and sustainability, you will support residents in Maastricht in making their homes more comfortable and energy-efficient. You will work closely with the project team and act as a point of contact for the neighbourhood.

You will speak with residents, provide advice on comfort, ventilation, energy saving and simple measures, identify questions and needs, attend advice sessions and neighbourhood events, and refer residents to relevant schemes or follow-up services when needed.

We offer an hourly wage between €16 and €21.31, depending on experience. The temporary contract runs from 3 August to 25 December 2026. This is a part-time position of 4 to 9 hours per week. The terms also include 8% holiday allowance, 27 holiday days on a full-time basis, a year-end bonus of 7.55% paid with each salary payment, and access to the Skillstown online learning platform.

You have at least MBO 4 working and thinking level, preferably in sustainability, and are flexible, independent, socially skilled and interested in energy saving and healthy homes.
