The role

• Daytime barista role based in the Sphinxkwartier, working fully on-site.
• Hours: Overdag, 24 uur per week; shifts scheduled between 09:00–18:00. The café is open 7 dagen per week.
• Prepare specialty coffee and craft espresso-based drinks with attention to quality and consistency.
• Latte art is part of the role — you will learn and practise pouring to deliver appealing drinks.
• Serve guests at the bar and operate the cashier, creating a warm, efficient customer experience.
• Attend provided trainings (SCA) to build professional skills and coffee knowledge.
• Enjoy a staff discount on drinks and products during your shifts.
