Retail Assistant

What exactly will you do?

As a holiday retail assistant, you ensure that every customer leaves the store with a good feeling. You help find shoes that match someone's style and wishes, and together with your colleagues, you contribute to an organized and inviting store. In this role, your sense of fashion and customer focus will shine, while you gain valuable experience in retail.

Your tasks:

• You help customers in a personal way to find shoes that match their style and wishes;
• You ensure the store looks neat, organized, and attractive;
• You know how to get customers excited about the collection, trends, and current promotions;
• You work with colleagues to create a pleasant atmosphere for both customers and the team;
• You are flexible and have no problem working weekends and holidays.

• You earn a salary between €2560 and €2750 per month based on full-time employment;
• You start with a flexible contract with prospects for extension;

Job requirements:

For our store, we are looking for a customer-oriented and flexible holiday retail assistant with a real passion for fashion and shoes. You enjoy helping customers and contribute to a pleasant and personal shopping experience.

• You have a VMBO working and thinking level, preferably in retail;
• You have strong social and communication skills and make contact easily;
• You are flexible and have no problem working weekends and holidays;
• You have a sense of style and love following the latest fashion trends;
• You preferably already have some experience in retail or sales, but this is not a requirement.
